Each Quarter must submit the following required documents before Chimnyelugo Charities and Scholarships Foundation (CSSF) can initiate evaluation of the proposal for installation of the water project in their Quarter. The required documents are:

1.     A completed proposal form signed by three designated members of the Quarters. The required designated members of the village are:

• The Chairman of the Quarter
• The Secretary of the Quarter
• Ichie from the community where the project will be located

2.    A survey map of the land with dimensions donated by the Quarter for the project. This map must be signed by the three designated members of the Quarter shown in Item #1. The minimum required size of the donated land is 30 feet by 30 feet or 900 sq. ft. Note that the donated land must be surveyed by a licensed surveyor.

3.    At least one picture of the donated land
