           QUARTER PROPOSAL FORM FOR NIMO WATER PROJECT

We, the members of __________________________________ Quarter in Nimo have conferred and agreed to participate in the Nimo Water Project sponsored by Chimnyelugo Charities and Scholarships Foundation (CSSF).

As one of the requirements to participate in the water project, we have agreed to donate the piece of land shown in the attached map for the project at no cost to CSSF. The donated land will revert to the Quarter at the termination or end of the water project.

The donated land will be evaluated by CSSF for presence of suitable aquifers for sustainable water supply. If the land is determined to be not suitable for sustained water supply, the Quarter will be required to donate another area for evaluation before the project can be initiated. Failure to donate another area in a timely manner may delay commencement of the project.

CCSF does not offer any expressed or implied guarantees/warranties on the success of the water project to the Quarter. The Quarter agrees to indemnify and hold CCSF harmless as to the outcome of the water project.
