- Each Quarter will be required to donate two small areas of land within the Quarter where the projects will be located. The required size of land is approximately 30 ft by 30 ft or 900 sqft.
- Each Quarter will be required to assume the responsibility of protecting and guarding all equipment associated with the water projects.
- Chimnyelugo Charities and Scholarships Foundation (CCSF) will provide all maintenance and repair work required to sustain the water projects.
- The projects land areas donated by the Quarter will revert to the community at termination of the project. CCSF will relinquish all claims to the project land areas.
- All equipment associated with the water projects remain the property of CCSF.
